Our commitment
City Employment is committed to providing a website and recruitment process that are accessible to people of all abilities. This site was designed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA in mind, including:
- Keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators and a “skip to content” link
- Semantic headings, landmarks and labelled form fields
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Colour contrast chosen for readability
- Respect for reduced-motion settings on your device
- Layouts that work on phones, tablets and desktops and at 200% zoom
